Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out directly on the contact page or by emailing support@theraptorden.com.
What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner.
Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can depend on demands on the current schedule.
When in doubt or if you’re on a tight timeline, please reach out at orders@theraptorden.com and we can give you a more specific timeline – particularly for fully custom orders!
Can you send me a proof before shipping?
A digital design proof can be provided upon request for a $5 surcharge.
Please note that we are only able to send digital design proofs, not sample proofs.
Design questions
Do you create custom items or designs?
Please note, a design fee will be assessed based on the complexity of the item and / or the design.
Can you engrave my logo or other design?
Logos must be sent in a clean black and white file in either a .SVG format or high-resolution .PNG format with transparency.
If the file isn’t clean and requires additional design work to make it work, an additional design fee will apply. You’ll approve and pay this fee prior to moving forward with your design.

Product questions
My engraving is lighter/darker than the photos on your website. Why is that?
Each piece of wood is unique, so each engraving will vary depending on the actual wood the product is made with. This means that each product will engrave differently even if it’s made from the same wood specimen.
Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
Finishing options vary based on the product. Each product has the available finishes listed in the product description.
The finished product has an imperfection in the wood. Why is that?
All of the wood products we use are typically milled down from larger pieces of lumber.
Just like humans, lumber products have occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or differences in color.
These “imperfections” or differences are common with natural real wood and are actually what makes each piece beautiful and unique.
Why is the finished wood product I received lighter or darker than the photographs on the website?
Each piece of wood is unique, so each product will vary depending on the actual wood the product is made with. That means that each product will finish slightly differently even if it’s made from the same wood specimen.
No two pieces of wood are exactly alike, but that’s what makes each product unique, beautiful, and special!
Are the cutting and charcuterie boards or other wood products safe to wash in the dishwasher?
No, they are not dishwasher safe! Please only hand wash wood products with warm water and a sponge using soap Hand dry with a dish towel.
It’s also a good idea to refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan. Wood is porous and will absorb water – which will reduce the lifespan of your product.
For expert care of your wood cutting or charcuterie board, you should rub a gentle cooking or food-safe mineral oil into the wood each time you expose it to water. This helps increase the lifespan of your board.
How do I care for the hats with the leather patch?
Pretend that your hat is your kind of like your baby! Use lukewarm water and a gentle detergent when washing your hat.
We encourage hand-washing (preferred) or at least washing on a delicate cycle. Please do not put these in the dryer. Gentle patting and air drying will ensure your hat lasts a very long time.
All patches are adhered using heat activated adhesive with an industrial hat heat press.
Shipping questions
Can you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the US and Canada. We do plan on shipping to additional countries in the future.
Please note that you will be responsible for any duty or export fees that are assessed after the item has shipped.
Do you offer local pick up?
Absolutely! Local pickup is available in Tallahassee, Florida. Please select the local pickup option at checkout.
An email with the address and pickup instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
